Effective date: July 2026Last updated: July 2026

2. Purpose and scope

We value the trust that learners, educators, institutions, corporate partners, and website visitors place in us. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal information whenever you access our website, register for an account, enrol in a course, attend a webinar, participate in a certification programme, or interact with any Intellimindz Foundation service. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

3. Applicable law

This Privacy Policy is governed by applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable. If you access our services from outside India, your use may also be subject to the data protection laws of your own jurisdiction.

4. Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, filling enquiry forms, subscribing to newsletters, registering for courses, taking assessments, contacting support, or using our AI-powered learning tools — including your name, email, mobile number, organisation, designation, educational background, professional details, and billing information. We also collect learning-activity data such as enrolments, assessment results, certificates, attendance, progress, and feedback. Technical information like IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and cookies is collected automatically. We do not store complete payment card details, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. Payment processing is handled securely by authorised payment service providers.

5. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage learner accounts, deliver educational content, process registrations and payments, issue certificates, verify identity where required, provide support, personalise recommendations, improve our courses and platform, run analytics, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and send service updates. With your consent, we may also share information about new courses, webinars, executive programmes, institutional partnerships, scholarships, events, and promotional offers.

6. Third-party service providers

We may use trusted third-party service providers such as Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), cloud hosting providers, email communication platforms, webinar providers, and learning management systems to help us deliver and improve our services. These providers process information only as necessary to perform their functions and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older, or learners accessing the platform under the supervision of an educational institution or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

8. International data transfers

Your information may be processed or stored on servers located outside your jurisdiction, including on cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS, Vercel, or Azure, where permitted by applicable law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. AI-powered services

Certain platform features use artificial intelligence for personalised recommendations, virtual learning assistance, automated feedback, content discovery, and learner support. Data shared through these features may be processed to improve experience and performance, and AI interactions may be reviewed in anonymised form to improve our services. Avoid sharing passwords, financial credentials, or other highly sensitive information with AI features. AI-generated responses support learning and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.

10. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep sessions secure, understand how visitors use our website, analyse usage, and improve functionality. This includes essential cookies (required for the platform to function), analytics cookies (to understand usage patterns), and functional cookies (to remember your preferences). You can manage cookie preferences in your browser, though disabling cookies may affect some features.

11. Marketing communications

If you submit an enquiry, register, or enrol, you may receive communications from us by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone, or other digital channels about enrolments, updates, courses, events, and offers. Submitting our forms constitutes consent to receive service communications even where your number is registered under DND/NDNC. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time; essential service notifications may continue.

12. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers — payment processors, cloud hosting, communication tools, analytics, certificate partners, and technology vendors — solely to deliver our services, or where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Intellimindz Foundation, our users, or the public.

13. Data security and retention

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Information is generally retained only as long as necessary to deliver services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Learner records and certificates may be retained for a longer period to facilitate future verification and compliance requirements. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

14. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correct inaccuracies, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion where legally permissible. We may verify your identity before processing such requests.

15. Third-party websites

Our website may link to third-party websites that operate independently with their own privacy practices. Intellimindz Foundation is not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices — please review their policies before sharing information.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. The latest version is always published here with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
