By accessing our services, creating an account, purchasing a course, or enrolling in any programme, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are below the applicable age of majority, you may use our services only with the consent of a parent, guardian, school, or authorised institution.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by multiple individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellimindz Foundation offers self-paced courses, live online programmes, instructor-led training, institutional programmes, and corporate learning solutions. Schedules, curriculum, instructors, assessments, and delivery methods may change where reasonably necessary to improve outcomes or due to operational requirements. In exceptional circumstances we may postpone, reschedule, or discontinue a programme and will communicate suitable alternatives.

Course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms shown at enrolment. Payments are securely processed through authorised partners such as Razorpay. Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling are governed by our published Refund Policy. Promotional pricing and discounts may carry separate conditions.

Certificates are issued only to learners who satisfy the applicable attendance, assessment, project, and completion requirements for the relevant programme. Intellimindz Foundation reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates obtained through fraud, impersonation, plagiarism, academic misconduct, or violation of these Terms.

Users are expected to participate respectfully, maintain academic integrity, complete assessments honestly, avoid disruptive behaviour, comply with trainer instructions, and use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. Plagiarism, cheating, misuse of AI where prohibited, harassment, or interference with the learning experience may result in suspension or removal without refund.

You shall not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, modify, reproduce, commercially exploit, or misuse any content, software, learning material, assessments, AI tools, or platform resources except where expressly permitted by Intellimindz Foundation in writing.

All course content, videos, graphics, text, branding, software, assessments, templates, presentations, trademarks, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to Intellimindz Foundation unless otherwise stated. Purchasing or accessing a course grants a limited, non-transferable licence for personal learning purposes only and does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

Our platform may include AI-powered assistants, recommendations, automated feedback, or learning tools. AI responses support learning and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect personal information.

Our services may integrate third-party platforms including payment gateways, video conferencing software, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure, certification providers, and communication tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Our educational services are provided on an “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain accurate, current, and high-quality content, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that completing any course will result in employment, promotion, academic credit, or professional certification unless expressly stated.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intellimindz Foundation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of our services, service interruption, data loss, or reliance on course content or AI-generated responses.

We may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud, compromises platform security, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise misuses the platform. Certain records may be retained as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where Intellimindz Foundation is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
